Wine Review: This clear and light garnet colored Pinot Noir from Kosta Browne opens with a very inviting light cherry and light cocoa bouquet with hints of blueberry and roses. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, juicy, and delicate. The flavor profile is a stone dust and gentle black plum blend with notes of mild cranberry and oak. We also detected hints of dried herbs, green tea, and candied violets. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and well-managed and refined dusty tannins. We would pair this Pinot with grilled salmon. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Nose: A compelling bouquet of dried cherry, raspberry, and cranberry with hints of cocoa nibs and a subtle earthy undertone.
Mouth: Silky, balanced, and elegant, this wine features dark red fruit and bramble flavors with well-integrated tannins and a resonant finish.
