Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Ulysses opens with a cassis and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, super smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a gentle black plum and stone dust blend with notes of oolong tea. We also detected hints of oak and cassis. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and dusty tannins linger and last for quite a while. We would pair this Cab with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: High-toned, luminous, passionfruit, focused red berries, flinty with an elegant, long finish.
