Wine Review: This clear and very pale straw colored Seyval Blanc opens with a very fragrant ripe honeydew melon and light lemon tea bouquet with hints of Anjou pear. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, crisp, fresh, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tart lemon-lime blend with notes of Anjou pear and saline. I also detected hints of green tea and almond. The finish remains fresh, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a while. This Seyval Blanc would pair very well with pan-seared scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: In this elegant white wine, we slow-fermented the French hybrid grape Seyval Blanc, resulting in a delicate and beautiful wine replete with floral, fruity notes and a soft finish. Seyval Blanc is excellent as an aperitif or with a light meal, this is a perfect wine to sip on a warm summer evening. If you enjoy New Zealand-style Sauvignon Blanc, you’ll love this wine! Best enjoyed chilled and can be cellared for up to 3 years. We describe it as off-dry, fruit-driven featuring citrus flavors.
