Wine Review: This northern Italian Pinot Grigio is a very pale straw color with a fragrant bouquet of yellow apple, white peach, lime, and sassafras. It is fresh, clean, and medium-minus bodied. The mouthfeel is round, supple, and displays moderate acidity. I found flavors of pear, fresh green herbs, tangy lime, and saline. The finish is refreshing and dry with a brief pleasant bitter note. Serve chilled with linguine with pesto sauce. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow in color, clear-cut and delicate on the nose, with scents of acacia flowers, minerals, and pear. The fresh natural acidity supports the wine. Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect with fish, white meat and light meals in general.
