Wine Review: This clear and red colored Pinot Noir from Louis Jadot opens with a black cherry and mulberry bouquet with hints of cinnamon and teaberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, smooth, suave, and fresh. The flavor profile is a black cherry and stone dust blend with notes of black tea and spice. I also detected hints of red plum and cocoa. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and its fine tannins are very nice extended. I would pair this Pinot Noir with skillet pork chops and apples with a miso caramel. Enjoy – Ken
