Wine Review: This crowd-pleasing California Sparkler is a pale golden color with persistent columns of tiny bubbles. It displays aromas of caramel apple, ginger, strawberry, and light white florals. It has a delicate mousse on the palate, and is nicely balanced, medium-minus bodied with crisp and clean medium-plus acidity. There are flavors of green apple, pear, red raspberry, stony minerality and ginger ale along with notes of crusty sourdough bread and cinnamon. The finish is bright, very dry, and long. Serve chilled with bacon wrapped scallops. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: The 2022 vintage exudes a welcoming brightness, featuring aromas of mandarin orange and subtle undertones of lime zest. Each taste is a delightful explosion of nectarine and pear flavors, complemented by a traditional toasty undertone and hints of almond on the finish. Produced using classic French "Méthode Champenoise" with a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
