Wine Review: This pale ruby colored Pinot Noir with a touch of haze from Cristom opens with a black raspberry and cinnamon bouquet with hints of cedar shavings and strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and savory. The flavor profile is a pomegranate and black tea blend with notes of cedar and lingonberry. I also detected hints of loam, strawberry, and stony minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and mild fine-grained tannins are nicely extended. I would pair this Pinot Noir with a grilled seared salmon. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Notes of dark cherry, pomegranate, baking spice, and earth offer depth and character well beyond its tier.
