Wine Review: This stunning pitch-black colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Robert Foley opens with an inviting black currant and graphite bouquet with hints of dark cherry, blueberry, and violets. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with nicely integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very smooth, seamless, concentrated, and rich. The flavor profile is a graphite and cassis blend with notes of black plum, black licorice, and oak. We also detected hints of cherry-cola, blueberry, and black coffee. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and moderate sticky tannins linger and last for a very long time. You can certainly sip this terrific Cab on its own with your wine loving friends. With food, we would pair it with well-marbled cowboy ribeye steak. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Opaque purple black in appearance, perfectly ripe Clone 7 Cabernet Sauvignon provides the base of this delicious Claret blend. Black cherry aromas and flavors flood the mid-palate where the Clone 3 Merlot completes the mouthfeel with a massive middle and silky fine tannin. Acidity, extract, and alcohol are in perfect balance and provide a roundness and lengthy mouthwatering finish that lingers on and on. Our flagship wine is made of the best we have – a classic Left Bank Bordeaux-style blend!
