Wine Review: From California's San Luis Obispo Coast this clear medium ruby colored Pinot Noir has aromas of calamata olive, strawberry, talcum powder, cedar, and red plum. It is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, juicy, fresh, and savory. I detected flavors of black plum, cranberry, dried herbs, chalky minerality and black tea with notes of cola and cedar. There are dusty fine tannins in the dry long finish. Serve with teriyaki beef skewers. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Our Pinot Noir from California’s San Luis Obispo Coast is deep and thoughtful, with layers that are well worth getting to know. Flavors of vibrant raspberry and the subtle herbaceousness of dried oregano with delicate notes of oak that give a hint of toasted marshmallow.
