Wine Review: This clear and pale-yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from Innumero opens with a shy gooseberry bouquet with hints of yellow grapefruit pith. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, creamy, slightly viscous and refined. The flavor profile is a very tasty lemon verbena and green tea blend with notes of vanilla and Bosc pear. I also detected hints of gentle passionfruit, coconut flake, and a touch of oak. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would serve this this sophisticated Sauvignon Blanc slightly cool with your favorite halibut dish. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromatically expressive and layered, showing lime oil, passion fruit, honeysuckle, jasmine, fresh coconut, and a hint of tangerine. The palate carries focused notes of lemon and lime zest, passion fruit, and a pronounced oyster‑shell salinity.
