Wine Review: This clear and orangish gold colored sparkling wine from Iron Horse opens with lots of streaming tiny bubbles. The bouquet features aromas of walnuts and mild apricot with hints of triple sec and golden raisin. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and fresh. The flavor profile is a walnut and tart pear blend with notes of apricot and stony minerality. We also detected hints of golden raisin and brioche. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. We would pair this sparkling wine with a roasted garlic chicken or with aged gouda. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Wedding Cuvée is our interpretation of a Blanc de Noirs. A delicate blush hue with spirited bubbles and a silky mousse, the 2020 Wedding Cuvée enchants with vibrant raspberry aromas, hints of strawberry, and a dash of citrus zest. Bright red fruit flavors unfold on the front palate, flowing seamlessly to the mid-palate, followed by a pop of red apple and a creamy richness that culminates in a textured grapefruit finish.
