Wine Review: A jewel-like brilliant pale garnet color with an orange tinge. In the glass, this Rose has ground coffee, milk chocolate, red raspberry, and lightly earthy aromas. It has a medium body with moderate acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, fresh, and layered with full palate coverage. The flavor profile is a blend of red raspberry coulis, milk chocolate, oolong tea, wet stone and with a light herbal note and a hint of red cherry. The fruit and acidity persist long into the finish. Serve with grilled garlicky shrimp. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Garnet ruby pink. This fresh and vibrant dry Rosé greets you in the glass with inviting aromas of fresh cranberry and muddled raspberry. The palate is bright with strawberries and refreshing acidity that is rounded out to a soft body enhanced by notes of pepper with a creamy finish. Served chilled. This Rosé pairs wonderfully with spring salads, gourmet cheese, seafood, flavorful vegetarian fare, and wholesome holiday cuisine.
