Wine Review: This clear and pale white gold colored dry-styled Riesling from the Finger Lakes in upstate New York opens with a lemon-iced tea bouquet with hints of honeydew melon and dried pineapple. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, slightly viscous, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lemon and quince blend with notes of lime and mild iced tea. We also detected hints of oregano and stony minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger for a bit before drifting away nicely. We would pair this very good value clean Riesling with pan-fried bass from the lake. Enjoy - KWGTP
