Wine Review: This clear and pale pink colored Rosé from Chateau de Berne opens with a clementine and lime zest bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a gentle watermelon and stony minerality blend with notes of light lime. I also detected hints of white peach. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely.
