Wine Review: This very deep ruby color Cabernet Sauvignon blend opens a black currants and mild oak bouquet with hints of plum and red cherry. On the palate this wine is full bodied with zesty acidity. It is nicely balanced and round. The flavor profile is a black currant and mocha blend with notes of spiced black plum and touch of minerality and oolong tea. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins drift away nicely. I wound pair this crowd-pleasing red blend with a New York strip steak. Enjoy - Ken
