Wine Review: This translucent and ruby colored Pinot Noir from Domaine Anderson opens with a fragrant pomegranate and cranberry bouquet with hints of cinnamon and red currant. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, mouthwatering, juicy, and a bit zesty. The flavor profile is a tangy cranberry and black iced tea blend with notes of pomegranate and orange zest. I also detected hints of sage, mild cola, and fresh cracked black pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and medium tannins linger nicely. I would pair this Pinot Noir with a grilled salmon steak. Enjoy - Ken
