Wine Review: This clear and medium gold colored Chardonnay from Amici opens with a pear and pineapple bouquet with hints of banana, almond, vanilla, and brioche. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and dense. The flavor profile is an oak influenced pear and banana blend with notes of vanilla and pineapple. We also detected hints of French toast, almond, butter, and white peach.
