Wine Review: This clear and pale straw-colored Chenin Blanc from Dry Creek Vineyard opens with a white grapefruit and white peach bouquet with hints of dried pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, juicy, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and light white grapefruit blend with notes of white peach and herbal lemon tea. We also detected hints of saline and white pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. We would pair this very friendly and versatile Chenin Blanc with fish n' chips. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve its purity and freshness, the 2024 vintage opens with lifted aromas of jasmine, geranium, honeydew melon, white peach, and pear, accented by hints of guava, cucumber, watermelon rind, kiwi, and wintergreen. The vibrant palate mirrors the nose with flavors of mandarin, lemon curd, and stone fruit, balanced by lively acidity and a moderate alcohol level that makes it endlessly refreshing.
