Wine Review: This clear and dark coral colored Rosé of Syrah from Kobler opens with a mild peach and rose petals bouquet with hints of maraschino cherry, Honeycrisp apple, green tea, and thyme. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and fresh. The flavor profile is a strawberry-banana yogurt blend with notes of coconut, vanilla, and cotton candy. We also detected hints of peach, golden delicious apple, and thyme.
