Wine Review: This clear and pale coral colored Brut Rosé from Roederer Estate displays many random streams of tiny bubbles. It opens with a mild bread dough and mild strawberry bouquet with hints of wet stone and Grand Manier. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, crisp, clean, and fresh. The flavor profile is a stone dust and citrus blend with notes of raspberry tea and saline. We also detected hints of lime zest, tangerine peel, and lemon tea. The finish is dry and displays a very smooth and long finish. We would pair this Brut Rosé with seared diver scallops. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This wine is full and round with smooth flavors and fine persistent bubbles. Notes of fresh strawberry and bright citrus on the nose merge with hints of brioche and pastry crust on the palate. The extra measure of Pinot Noir contributes elegance and austerity, which balance nicely with the delicate fruitiness of the Chardonnay.
