Wine Review: This clear and light gold colored un-oaked Chardonnay from Saracina opens with a shy stone fruit and lemon bouquet with hints of gardenia. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, fresh and crisp. The flavor profile is a white nectarine and lemon verbena blend with notes of stony minerality and herbal tea. We also detected hints of white peach. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. We would pair this Chard with chicken francese. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Light and incredibly elegant, Saracina unoaked Chardonnay boasts notes of just-ripened orchard fruits—think Asian pear, nectarine—plus a kiss of juicy citrus and hints of sweet pea. Exceptionally versatile, it'll shine alongside simple steamed fish with lemon and fresh summer herbs or spatchcocked chicken with a lush romesco sauce.
