Wine Review: This clear and medium yellow colored Chardonnay from Tongue Dancer opens with a mango and pineapple bouquet with hints of oak and lemon verbena. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, fresh and a little zesty. The flavor profile is a pineapple and chamomile tea blend with notes of lemon verbena and oak. We also detected hints of white peach, honeycomb, white pepper, and ginger. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are nicely extended. We would pair this Chardonnay with a crab ravioli in a light cream and butter sauce. Enjoy - Ken
