Wine Review: This clear and medium garnet colored Pinot Noir from Louis Jadot opens with a shy light cherry and faint cigar box bouquet with hints of cedar and fresh thyme. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, seamless, and a little robust. The flavor profile is a red plum and stone dust blend with notes of red raspberry tea and tobacco. We also detected hints of cranberry and a touch of toffee. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and its refined mild tannins drift away nicely. We would certainly enjoy this Pinot on its own. With food, we would pair it with shaved beef carpaccio. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: 2022 Célébration shows real balance, depth, and density, alongside a fine freshness and lively tension. With deep red and black fruit nuances, silky tannins, and long spiced finish, this will age for years.
