Wine Review: This clear and very pale coral colored Rosé from V. Sattui opens with a mild peach and nectarine bouquet with hints of ripe apple and lime zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, and gently mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a yellow peach and saline blend with notes of watermelon and lime. I also detected hints of apple and apricot. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a while. I would pair this crowd-pleasing Rosé with steamed mussels. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: With its delicate Provençal rose-pink hue, this vibrant rosé bursts from the glass with perfumed cherry and sun-ripened watermelon. The palate is lively and expressive, brimming with juicy strawberry and bright, mouthwatering freshness that carries through to a long, refreshing finish.
