Wine Review: If you like peach, this is a nice summertime offering for you! It is a clear and very pale straw-colored carbonated white wine with infused natural peach flavors from Adirondack Winery. It opens with a fragrant fresh yellow peach bouquet with hints of vanilla cream and apricot. There is also initially an essence of fizz as well. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and fresh. The flavor profile is a sweet yellow peach and apricot blend with notes of lychee. I also detected hints of orange zest. On the finish, its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would serve this refreshing Peach wine chilled and poolside on a hot summer day. Enjoy - Ken & Dave

Winemaker Notes: This sparkling white wine offers luscious peach flavor with tropical fruit aromas and a soft, refreshing finish. Light bubbles and ripe fruit character make it bright, playful, and easy to sip. Enjoy chilled with brunch dishes, fruit platters, cheesecake, vanilla desserts, cupcakes, or on its own as a celebratory pour.
