On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright, and zesty. The flavor profile is a spiced black plum and tobacco blend with notes of loam and pomegranate. I also detected hints of black tea, black pepper, and oak. 10/19/25 - This clear and dark red colored Pinot Noir from Flowers opens with a pomegranate and red currant bouquet with hints of craisin. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, silky, and seamless. The flavor profile is a black plum and stone dust blend with notes of cedar and mild cherry. I also detected hints of gentle mocha, cinnamon, and herbal tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and refined tannins build-up nicely.
