Wine Review: This clear and light straw-colored estate white field blend from Agricolae opens with a mild Galia melon and faint banana bouquet with hints of lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with zesty plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, and rather fresh. The flavor profile is a lime zest and tonic water blend with notes of Granny Smith apple skin and white pepper. I also detected hints of honeydew melon and lychee. On the finish, its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would pair this Finger Lakes white blend with fried scallops at the beach. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A bright, dry blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer & 6% Muscat Ottonel, an Alsatian variety.
