Wine Review: This clear and medium straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Sequoia Grove opens with a gentle white grapefruit and white peach bouquet with hints of ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and has no noticeable edges. It is also pleasantly mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild white grapefruit and gentle stone fruit blend with notes of mild minerality and lemon verbena. I also detected hints of lime zest and just a touch of gooseberry. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromatic lemon verbena, white peach, and floral notes lead to a crisp attack. The textured midpalate features juicy lemon, passion fruit, and guava. Lightly creamy weight balances mouthwatering acidity, finishing with flinty mineral notes, limestone, and fresh lime zest. Pair with seafood, tangy cheeses, spring vegetables or aromatic Asian cuisine like Thai or Vietnamese
