Wine Review: This clear and very pale straw colored Moscato Bianco from Vite Colte opens with a very fragrant lychee bouquet with hints of lime zest. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is zesty and fresh. The flavor profile is a lychee and ginger ale blend with notes of white peach and nectarine. I also detected hints of honeysuckle. The finish is pleasantly sweet, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this easy to drink Moscato with chewy Italian almond cookies. Enjoy – Ken
