Wine Review: This clear and coral colored Grenache Rosé from Saracina opens with an orange peel and saline bouquet with hints of quince. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, gentle, and bright. The flavor profile is saline and light lime zest blend with notes of green tea and white pepper. I also detected hints of ruby grapefruit, clementine, and quince. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a while. I would chill this Rosé slightly and bring it to the beach this summer. Share with friends and it will not last very long.
