Wine Review: This clear and golden colored Chardonnay from Zuccardi opens with a poached pear and pineapple bouquet with hints of lemon tea and white peach. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a nectarine and pineapple blend with notes of mango and lime. I also detected hints of green apple, saline, and white peach. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would pair this Chard with fish tacos. Enjoy - Ken
