Wine Review: This clear and white gold colored Chardonnay from Lussier opens with a lemon verbena and nectarine pit bouquet with hints of green tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, fresh, and a little zesty. The flavor profile is a lime zest and saline blend with notes of lemon verbena, stone fruit, and green tea. I also detected hints of white pepper and a faint touch oak in the distant background. The finish is dry, and its flavors and bright acidity linger and last for quite some time. I would pair this Chardonnay with grilled halibut. Enjoy - Ken
