Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a pineapple and gentle oak bouquet with hints of honeydew melon and clover honey. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, creamy, and a little zesty. The flavor profile is a tasty grilled pineapple, vanilla, and oak blend with notes of pear and chalky minerality. I also picked up some hints of Chamomile tea and spice. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would pair the Chard with crab cakes. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Estate Grown Chardonnay is crafted from our own Napa Valley vineyards and brings together structure and flavor in a way that feels both luxurious and approachable. On the nose, it bursts with lively aromas of honeysuckle, pear, and a touch of tropical fruit. The palate is layered and sophisticated, with ripe apple, delicate white flowers, and warm baking spice unfolding into a silky, citrus-kissed finish.
