Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored South African red blend is very good. It opens with a black cherry and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, rich and concentrated. The flavor profile is a mineral infused and extracted black cherry with notes of old oak. I also detected craisin and stewed plum in the background. The finish is dry and its tannins are sticky and last for a very long time. I would pair this tasty wine with slow cooked beef brisket. Enjoy - Ken
