Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a red currant and red cherry-cola bouquet with hints of herbs de Provence and violets. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, balanced, clean and smooth. The flavor profile is a black cherry and black tea blend with notes of chocolate and red plum with hints of minerality and oak. The finish is dry and its tannins and build up and linger and extend for quite some time. The Panel suggested pairing this Cab with a homemade three meat meatloaf or Radius cheeseburger.
