Wine Review: This medium purple colored Cabernet based blend from Beaulieu opens with a very fragrant boysenberry and blackberry bouquet with hints of vanilla oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a black plum, black cherry and mild oolong tea blend with notes of gentle minerality, dark chocolate and oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are smooth and show very nice length. The Panel would pair this Red Blend with a prime rib or beef bourguignon. Enjoy – KWGTP
