Wine Review: This almost clear colored Spatlese level Riesling from Mosel opens with a mild Mandarin orange bouquet with a hint of ginger. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pretty sweet and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a ripe lemon-lime blend with notes of ginger and hints of white pepper. The finish remains slightly sweet and its flavors linger nicely after the wine is gone. This wine would pair well with Kerrygold Dubliner cheese and stone wheat crackers. Enjoy – Ken
