Wine Review: This medium purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon based wine opens with a black currant and blueberry bouquet with hints of dark chocolate and nutmeg. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well-balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant and red plum blend with notes green tea and gentle oak. We also detected hints of raspberry, fine minerality and baking spices in the background. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins show very nice endurance. The Panel would pair this wine with a porterhouse steak or with lamb lollipops. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: From its notes of blue plum, black cherry and Baker's cocoa to its cardamom and clove accents, this wine is intensely aromatic and alluring. The first sip is juicy and expansive, exuding an old-school rustic charm, with spicy tannins and notes of tobacco leaf, cedar and star anise. On the palate, layers of brambly fruit and vanilla provide a sweetening counterpoint to the savory core of this powerful and elegant wine.
