Wine Review: This dark red colored Cotes du Rhone opens with a fragrant red raspberry bouquet with hints of blueberry and cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to enjoy. In other words, it's a quaffer. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused cherry and plum blend. The finish is dry with virtually no tannins. It drifts away nicely. This wine would pair well with many foods. I would enjoy it with a barbecue chicken sandwich. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Dark hue with violet rim. Fruit driven nose with pronounced red fruit character. Easy drinking fruit forward style with soft and supple tannins and velvety texture. Drink in its youth to enjoy purity and intensity of fruit aromas. Pair with ribs, bolognaise pasta, or charcuterie.
