Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chardonnay opens with a lime and pineapple bouquet with a hint of coconut. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of Bosc pear and quince. I also picked up a hint of pineapple towards the end. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. This Chard is very food friendly and would pair nicely with chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken
