Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Decoy opens with a blueberry and plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round and juicy. The flavor profile is a tart black plum, mild red cherry and earthy mineral blend with and notes of clove and cola. I also detected hints of oak and black tea towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. This Pinot would pair well with a five-spice duck breast with blackberries. Enjoy – Ken
