Wine Review: This pale salmon colored Rose opens with a Maraschino cherry and ginger ale bouquet with hints of lemon, Mandarin orange, and crushed shells. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and a little flabby. The flavor profile is stony minerality and tangerine blend with hints of lime, saline and gentle peach. The finish is dry, and its flavors subtly fade away. The Tasting Panel would serve this Rose slightly chilled at the beach with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich or with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - KWGTP
