Wine Review: This straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Decoy opens with a very fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with zesty medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is mainly round, bright, and fresh. The flavor profile is a yellow grapefruit, lime and stony minerality blend with notes of ginger and saline. I also detected some hints of stone fruit in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this very nice Sauvignon Blanc with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
