Wine Review: This Sparkling Wine is pale gold colored with a coral tinge. It opens with a random fine bubbles streaming about. The bouquet features almond and light lemon aromas with hints of apple pie and beeswax. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel and rounded for a sparker and friendly. The flavor profile is a crushed stone and white peach blend with notes of lemon. We also detected hints of almond, baguette, and green tea. The finish is dry, and its pleasant acidity and flavors linger nicely after the wine is gone. This sparkler would pair well with a cheesy crab appetizer or with a crispy shrimp tempura. Enjoy – Ken & Mark

Winemaker Notes: The debut Decoy Brut Cuvée is an enticing sparkling wine that offers alluring layers of baked apple, white peach, and orange zest, as well as aromatic hints of honeysuckle and vanilla. On the palate, a delicate sweetness is perfectly balanced by bright acidity, which adds poise and energy to the lush, pure fruit flavors.
