Wine Review: This pink colored Champagne displays a lot of tiny streaming bubbles. It opens with a mild bread dough and gentle strawberry jam bouquet with a hint of kiwi. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft and delicate. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle mineral and Maraschino cherry blend with hints of grapefruit and strawberry. The finish is dry and nicely extended. This Champagne was our clear winner in our blind tasting. The Panel would suggest enjoying this elegant Brut Rose Champagne on its own. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This is a very refined, somewhat smoky wine. Some say that it is what dreams are made of. It is ideal for an afternoon drink or at dessert time, with perhaps a raspberry charlotte or a red fruit tart. Our wines should be served chilled but not cold and the choice of glassware should resemble a small, elegant wine glass rather than a thin flute.
