Wine Review: This very pale straw colored Pinot Blanc from Oregon is very good. It opens with melon and faint lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a Bosc pear with notes of nicely integrated minerality and a touch of saline, green melon and lemon. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Pinot Blanc would pair well with grilled shrimp scampi with linguini. Enjoy - Ken
