Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Blanc from Elk Cove opens with a fragrant and attractive bouquet of lime, lychee, and white florals. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a kiwi, green apple, and honeydew melon blend with notes of crushed stone minerality and spice. I also detected a hint of ginger ale in the aftertaste. The finish drifts away nicely. This Pinot Blanc is food friendly and versatile. I would pair it baked Dover sole. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pear, tangerine and ginger on the nose lead to a juicy, rounded palate of honeydew melon, green apple, and Cara Cara orange with a through line of river rock freshness.
