Wine Review: This ruby colored Zin opens with a mild menthol and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, concentrated, and rich. The flavor profile is a juicy boysenberry with notes of oak and black pepper. The finish is quite dry and its dusty tannins linger for quite sometime. Pair this Zin with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Zinfandel offers complex aromas of plum and cherry with just a hint of spicy clove followed by bold flavors of blackberry, raspberry, and plum. Smooth through to the lingering, juicy finish, this wine showcases the classic Zinfandel spice and fruit characteristics for which Amador County is renowned.
