Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Goldeneye is quite a crowd pleaser. It opens with a wild strawberry bouquet with hints of raspberry, smoke and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty plump plum and cola blend with notes of strawberry, minerality and spice. We also detected a hint of chocolate and a touch of oak. The finish is dry and its flavors and memorable acidity linger nicely. The Panel suggested enjoying this Pinot on its own or with a filet. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Capturing the rustic elegance of the Anderson Valley, this wine begins with lively aromas of fresh-picked wild strawberry, dusty earth and sweet tobacco leaf. The dynamic strawberry aromas are echoed on the palate, where they are supported by supple tannins and a bright underlying acidity that adds energy and zest to a long, nuanced finish.
