Wine Review: This silver and pink colored Sparkling Wine from Goldeneye displays tons of streaming tiny streaming bubbles. It opens with inviting dried strawberry bouquet with hints of ginger ale, lemon, and toast. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is bread dough and stony minerality blend with notes of red raspberry and Fugi apple. We also detected some hints of citrus fruits and peach pit. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity stick around for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this sparkler with chilled shrimp cocktail, blue cheese gougeres, caviar and toast points or with poached salmon. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This tantalizing Brut Rosé beckons with enticing aromas of stone fruit, ripe raspberry, white gardenia, and lemon curd. On the palate it is creamy and voluminous, with refreshing acidity and an effervescent mousse that frames lush layers of summer strawberry, juicy white peach, and fresh-baked brioche, with a hint of candied lemon peel lingering on the long, shimmering finish.
