Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a blueberry and ripe wild strawberry bouquet with hints of cinnamon, and cedar. On the palate, this wine is a full bodied, balanced, and round. The flavor profile is crushed stone and black plum blend with notes of black raspberry and parsley. We also detected hints of oregano, tar and oak in the mix. The finish is dry and its grippy tannins are long and extended. The Panel would pair this Pinot with burnt ends or pulled pork. Enjoy – KWGTP
