Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir based blend opens with dried strawberry and black raspberry bouquet with a hint of black cherry, cola, and dried coconut flakes. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with notes of integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and savory. The flavor profile is black raspberry and red plum blend with notes of black tea, cedar, and pomegranate. We also picked up some hints of orange zest and stone dust. The finish is dry, and its flavors and tannins are nicely prolonged. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with duck breast or lamb lollipops. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Asian five-spice, black cherry and a hint of lavender are evident on the nose. The lively entry features bright black berry notes along with ripe red cherry and milk chocolate that give way to warm spice and a faint suggestion of exotic flowers. Mouthcoating and round, the tannins are fine-grained and well-integrated for such a youthful wine. The lingering finish leaves us longing for another sip.
